The service
Sales Engine is an outbound platform run by Ashwanth S (ashwanth.dev): lead lists, company research, email campaigns sent from your own mailboxes, an inbox for the replies and cost accounting for every call. You use it under these terms.
Your account
- 1.You are responsible for what is sent from your mailboxes and for the credentials you add. Keep them to yourself.
- 2.Send only to people you may lawfully contact under the rules that apply to you (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, PECR and their equivalents). Every email carries an unsubscribe link and it is honoured.
- 3.Provider costs (lead credits, verification, model calls) are yours; the app shows them as they happen.
What we promise
The service is provided as it is. We keep it running, keep your data encrypted where it should be, and tell you when something breaks. We are not liable for lost deals, bounced domains or provider outages beyond the fees you paid us in the month it happened.
Ending it
Delete your workspace at any time from Settings. We may suspend an account that sends spam or breaks the terms of a provider, and we tell you when we do.
