Who runs this

Sales Engine is operated by Ashwanth S (ashwanth.dev). Questions about this policy go to work@ashwanth.dev.

What we collect

1. 1.Your account: name, email address, profile picture and, if you give it, a phone number.
2. 2.When you sign in with Google: the name, email address, picture, locale and, only with your separate consent, phone number and read access to your calendar. We never post, send or change anything in your Google account.
3. 3.What you put into your workspace: leads, companies, campaigns, mailboxes and the credentials you add. Mailbox passwords and API keys are encrypted before they reach the database.
4. 4.Usage: which provider calls your workspace made and what they cost, so the app can show you.

How we use it

To run your workspace: sourcing and enriching leads, writing and sending your campaigns from your own mailboxes, sorting replies and pricing every call. We do not sell your data and we do not use it to train models.

Google user data

Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Calendar access is read only, used to show your availability inside the app, and can be removed at any time from Settings or from your Google account permissions.

Where it lives

Data is stored with Supabase (Singapore) and the app runs on Render (Singapore). Provider calls go to the services you connect: Apollo, Apify, Reoon, Firecrawl, OpenRouter and the like, each under its own terms.

Your rights

Export or delete your workspace at any time from Settings, or write to work@ashwanth.dev and it is done within 7 days.
